23 modern apartments were fitted in this project on campden hill. we worked with mace under a cm contract on a technically demanding project. the services co-ordination required was considerable as no 2 apartments were the same. refurbishment of this type are always more demanding than new build as many factors are beyond our control or influence. it is not unusual on a project of this nature for us to be involved for 3 years or more from the initial concept to final handover.
