80 kitchens were fitted out in this modern block. the building was completely revamped and the floor area increased by building out by approx. 1m. the kitchens were designed to conceal the resulting ring beam which rose 50cm round the perimeter. alternative plans worked with mace under a cm contract and the kitchen installation, working from the top down took place over a 9 month period.
